Here are some of the assignments that we’ve been working on:
- Working with a national law firm, helping them to put action plans together to defend their Crown Jewel clients
- Helping a number of fee earners build stronger, wider, deeper relationships with their clients at one of the UK’s most successful actuarial firms
- Helping actuaries in Lisbon develop relationships with existing clients and to help them create meetings with target clients
- Helping engineering consultants in the Middle East maintain strong client relationships in a tightening climate
- Advising client teams made up of engineers, quantity surveyors and architects develop key client plans for their public sector clients
- Facilitating a session with a group of junior fee earners at the UK’s largest independent Transport Planning consultancy. This was to assist them with their plans to develop existing relationships and build new ones
- Completed a DVD designed to demonstrate best practice in client engagement
